    Dino DeRose – President

    Dino De Rose-President. Dino has over 25 years experience in commercial low voltage sales, service and general management. Prior to joining CSG in 2004, Dino held several executive positions with Muzak including Vice President/General Manager of Florida operations. His industry experience and passion for customer service provides CSG with the leadership to understand and meet manufacturer and customer expectations. Dino has an empowering management style that drives a company- wide responsible and reliable culture at CSG. Dino graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 1982 with a BS degree in Business Administration.

    Chris Inman – Vice President of Operations

    Chris Inman has over 15 years of low voltage installation, service and scheduling management experience. Prior to joining CSG in 2004, Chris held positions with Muzak as Marketing and Client Relations Supervisor, as well as Operations Supervisor for the Southeast Region. Chris oversees installations, service, purchasing, and job costing. Chris is a 2001 graduate of the University of Florida with a major in Marketing and minor in Economics.

    Tom Makofske – Manager of Finance and Administration

    Tom is a senior finance and accounting leader with experience working for both startups and Fortune 500 companies. Since 1993 ran operations for an engineering development and manufacturing company that provided multimedia networking equipment to the professional audio/video, security and intelligent transportation markets. Tom was involved in all aspects of operating systems development and installation, accounting, materials planning and acquisition, production scheduling, inventory control and human resource functions. Tom served as interface between management and investor group through incubation, development, sale of company, and eventual spin-off again to independent entity. Prior to 1993, Tom held financial management positions with GTE Corp and Jones Intercable. Tom graduated from University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN with a degree in Management Science/Accounting.

    John (Jack) Jones – Director of Engineering / Project Manager

    Jack has an extensive background with 25 years experience in commercial low voltage systems contracting and is NICET level IV certified. Prior to joining CSG, Jack was Operations Manager with Siemens Cerberus Division overseeing major projects at Hyatt Regency Grand Champions, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Coleman Federal Prison, CNL Tower, Omni Rosen, Cedar Creek Life Center, Life Care Palm Bay, Wuesthoff Melbourne, SkyHouse Orlando, Orlando International Airport.

    Howard Sullivan – GM of Fire Sprinkler

    Howard has been in the fire sprinkler industry for 31 years and understands all aspects of sprinklers. Prior to joining CSG Howard owned his company, Sullivan Fire Protection for 14 years. Howard is the Fire Protection Contractor license holder for CSG and maintains CEU’s to keep his license current. Having a licensed Fire Protection Contractor in house opens up a multitude of opportunities for CSG including NFPA-25 inspections, tenant build outs or new systems that will work hand in hand with the fire alarm side as well. Howard was in the first graduating class of F.A.S.T. or Florida Automatic Sprinkler Training in 1986 from then Seminole Community College.

    Dave Scherpf – Senior Sales Engineer

    Dave has sold over 11 million dollars worth of projects in the Central Florida area and has been in the Fire Alarm industry for over 30 years. He previously worked with Tri-City Electric, Siemens, Signature Systems. Dave is CAD and NICET II certified and past high profile projects with EST Fire Alarm systems including Disney’s fifteen story Contemporary Hotel addition, Animal Kingdom addition, Disney Grand Floridian, SkyHouse Orlando, and Plaza on University and many others.

    Mark Day – Senior Sales Engineer, Security & Healthcare Systems

    Mark has been designing and selling in the security and healthcare industry for the past 20 years and spent 10 years as a Quality Assurance Manager before that. This combination of attention to detail and learned expertise has allowed him to work on many complicated projects from casinos in Vegas to entire water management districts. Mark is NICET III in video systems design, is certified in several of the leading-edge IP video systems and has a degree from Purdue in Industrial Engineering.

    Shane Bowen – Project Manager

    Shane has 10 years in low voltage systems installation. Shane holds an Associate of Science degree in Network Administration/Hardware and is NICET Level III certified. He has earned manufacture certifications on: Jeron, KeyScan, Telecor and EST-3. Shane has successfully managed multiple fire alarm and nurse call hospital projects to successful completion and AHCA inspections.

    Chris Schronski – Project Manager

    Chris has been with CSG since 1999 developing his skills as a lead installer and test/inspection technician. Chris was promoted in 2008 to project manager to oversee Orange County Public Schools test, inspections and repairs for fire alarm and intercom systems. Chris is NICET III level certified. Recent projects include: Disney Grand Floridian, Dr. Phillips and Cypress Creek High Schools.
