Dino DeRose - President
Dino De Rose-President. Dino has over 20 years experience in commercial low voltage sales, service and general management. Prior to joining CSG in 2004, Dino held several executive positions with Muzak including Vice President/General Manager of Florida operations. His industry experience and passion for customer service provides CSG with the leadership to understand and meet manufacturer and customer expectations. Dino has an empowering management style that drives a company- wide responsible and reliable culture at CSG. Dino graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 1982 with a BS degree in Business Administration.
Todd Koebke - Sales Director
Todd has been involved with installation, project management, estimating, sales and low voltage system design in central Florida since 1988. Todd has obtained numerous factory certifications relating to nurse call/intercom, fire alarm, and security/access control systems. Todd holds an Associate of Science in Electronic Telecommunications from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (Green Bay, WI), an Associate in Arts from Seminole Community College as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida. Todd is an active member of ASIS International and IAHSS.
John (Jack) Jones - Director of Engineering
Jack has an extensive background with 23 years experience in commercial low voltage systems contracting. Prior to joining CSG, Jack was Operations Manager with Siemens Cerberus Division overseeing major projects at Hyatt Regency Grand Champions, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Coleman Federal Prison, CNL Tower, Omni Rosen, Cedar Creek Life Center, Life Care Palm Bay, Wuesthoff Melbourne, Wuesthoff Ambulatory Merritt Island, and the Bert Fish Medical Center upgrade.
Chris Inman - Director of Operations, VP
Chris Inman has over 10 years of low voltage installation, service and scheduling management experience. Prior to joining CSG in 2004, Chris held positions with Muzak as Marketing and Client Relations Supervisor, as well as Operations Supervisor for the Southeast Region. Chris is now responsible for the service and administrative department, which includes test & inspection services, purchasing, and job costing. Chris is a 2001 graduate of the University of Florida with a major in Marketing and minor in Economics.
Chad Stahley-Installation Director
Chad has over 15 years of commercial low voltage field, service and project management experience. Chad is NICET level II certified and has successfully managed over 250 installation projects for CSG: twenty five new Orange County Public Schools, Wuesthoff Melbourne, Wuesthoff Ambulatory Merritt Island, Bert Fish Medical Center, Florida Hospital Altamonte ED expansion, Florida Hospital Altamonte Tower and Select Medical Edgewood.
Ralph Lam - Project Manager
Ralph has a 22-year background in low voltage systems with extensive experience in installation, project management, estimating, engineering and service. Ralph is NICET Level III certified in Fire Alarms and Level II in sound and communications. Ralph holds an A.A.S. degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering from Delaware Tech., and has obtained numerous factory certifications relating to fire alarm systems, security/access control systems, and HVAC control systems. Major projects managed of note include a Disney All-star Resort 22 building retro-fit, The Plaza Downtown Orlando, Florida Hospital East Bed Tower Expansion, Florida Hospital Ormond replacement Memorial Hospital.
Shane Bowen-Project Manager
Shane has 8 years in low voltage systems installation. Shane holds an Associate of Science degree in Network Administration/Hardware and is NICET Level I certified. He has earned manufacture certifications on: Telligence, Panasonic iPro, StarCall and EST-3. Shane has successfully managed multiple fire alarm and nurse call hospital projects to successful completion and AHCA inspections.
John Stanley - Systems Sales Engineer
John has been involved with installation, service, project management, branch management, estimating, sales and low voltage system design in southwest and central Florida and the Carolinas for 19 years. John Is NICET Level II certified. Additionally, John served Nine (9) years in the United States Navy as an electronic technician and division supervisor. John has obtained numerous factory certifications relating to nurse call/intercom, fire alarm, and security/access control systems. He worked four (4) years in the engineering sector for two engineering firms as a low voltage systems designer. Major projects included: numerous schools (from primary up to and including university level) for the following counties: Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Lake, Osceola and Brevard as well as several school systems in North Carolina and South Carolina; Universities/Colleges: Valencia, Seminole Community College, University of North Carolina and University Of Central Florida; The Orlando International Airport, Southwest Florida International Airport, Various Banking High-rise buildings in Charlotte, NC for the following banking institutions: First Union, Wachovia and Bank of America; and many High-rise Condominiums throughout southwest Florida.
Steve Neal - Sales Engineer
Steve has over 20 years experience in Access Control and CCTV sales, engineering and management. Prior to joining CSG Steve was Southeast Regional Sales Manager for IDenticard Systems. Steve also was an Applications Engineer with Burle/Philips for 8 ½ years. His Security industry experience provides CSG and its customers with the system design and integration know-how to meet manufacturer and customer expectations. Steve holds an Associate of Science in Electronics & Computer Technology.
